Main units 

Paper feeding unit   The vacuum suction box adopts advanced technology. The vacuum auxiliary feeding is assisted by a 7.5kW high-pressure centrifugal fan. The fan air volume is equipped with a frequency converter. The feeding is stable, and even thin and warped materials can be transported smoothly. During printing, the baffle can be lined up with blanks of different sizes to ensure sufficient air volume during registration;

Printing unit   Printing roller and embossing roller: good quality, grinding and hard chromium plating. Hanging printing plate system, easy to install and replace printing plates. Foot switch operation.

Die Cutting Unit   The gap between the die roller and the rubber roller is adjusted electrically, and the air-locked fixed adjustment mechanism is stable and reliable. The rubber roller has a 50mm horizontal travel device and a speed difference compensation system. Each knife is in a different position and wears evenly, which effectively prolongs the service life of the rubber pad.
