Product Description Of Carton Box Die Cutting Machine

Die-cutting and creasing machine is a special equipment for die-cutting of high-end color boxes and color boxes, developed by our company combining the superior performance of similar products at home and abroad. This machine uses high-strength paper grippers. The advanced opening gripper mechanism can adapt to various types of cardboard and corrugated paper; the front and rear positioning and side positioning mechanisms ensure the accuracy of die-cutting paper. Equipped with high-precision intermittent mechanism; rapid-action pneumatic clutch and pneumatic lock plate. Using programmable controller and man-machine interface, digital display of the machine's working speed, number of processed sheets, and total running time; the machine's fault display makes troubleshooting operations very convenient. The inverter is used to control the main motor, stepless speed regulation, and stable operation. The machine is equipped with sensors and safety devices in many places to ensure the normal operation of the machine and personal safety. Manual turning is convenient and labor-saving.

Main Units

Die Cutting unit

The die-cutting plate adopts four-claw nut fastening type installation to ensure that the large-format die-cutting plate is always flat, and is equipped with a pneumatic plate locking device, which effectively reduces the preparation time for plate change.

The steel plate adopts quenched manganese alloy steel material, which has an extremely long life. The steel plate pneumatic suspension device can be easily loaded and unloaded.

The die-cutting pressure is adjusted by four points, which can be adjusted easily by turning the handle, or can be adjusted individually.

Paper positioning and conveying unit

The unique upper and lower front gauges cooperate with the gripper mechanism to ensure the smooth transmission of warped paper and the accuracy of die cutting.
The front rule has a left and right gripper fine-tuning device, and the rule can be aligned by simply turning the handwheel.
Warped paper conveying correction device.
The tooth row adopts aluminum-magnesium alloy profile, which has high strength and does not deform. All screws and nuts of the tooth row adopt standard anti-loosening screws and nuts.
Imported conveyor chain, high-strength oil-containing nylon chain guide plate and drip lubrication device, high speed and low noise.

Paper feeding and receiving unit

Pre-coded paper, pneumatic side gauges, and non-wheel-type paper loading planks can minimize the paper change time and improve the efficiency of mechanical production.
Imported through-beam photoelectric, control the height of the paper stack, regardless of the warped paper and flat paper can automatically control the best paper feeding position, easy and continuous paper feeding, up to 4500 sheets/hour.
Linear bearings are used for paper delivery and arranging, with simple structure and neat paper delivery.

Installation and training

If required by the buyer, the seller can offer on site installation and training. In principle, the cost for our engineer go abroad for installation and training, which include visa, round tickets, accommodation, 100 USD/ per day allowance should be undertaken by the buyer.

Warranty and after sale service

The warranty of all our equipment is one year. During this warranty, it is free to replace the spare parts. Warranty expires ,it only charges the cost of the spare parts.
